Every year for the last seven years, Alec Bradley has released a St. Patrick’s Day inspired cigar in limited quantities, called the Black Market Filthy Hooligan. Most years have been barber-poles using two different wrappers. But joining the regular Filthy Hooligan this year is a special new blend Alan Rubin had tucked up his sleeve, utilizing not just two, but three wrapper leaves, just like the three leaves on an Irish shamrock.
