In celebration of J.C. Newman Cigar Company’s 100th Anniversary in 1995, Stanford Newman joined Carlos Fuente, Sr. to develop an exceptional series of super premium cigars. Stanford dreamed of making the best cigar in the world with no regard for how long it would take or how much it would cost, his dream was realized in the Diamond Crown cigar.  Diamond Crown cigars continue to be one of the best selling super premium cigars on the market.

Lightly colored with an even draw. A light, smooth, and toasty cigar with creamy notes and a woody finish. A well-balanced smoke.

Wrapper: Connecticut Shade CFW (Highest grade of Connecticut leaf)
Binder: Dominican Republic
Filler: Select blend of 5 premium fillers from Central America and the Caribbean Basin

CFW: "Specially fermented five year old wrapper leaves are unpacked from the bale and then conditioned and graded. The silkiest, smoothest leaves are then selected and placed in bulks for a second fermentation. It is this “second curing ” that evens and develops the rosado color of the tobacco wrapper and also accounts for much of Dimond Crown’s sweet, smooth, rich flavor." ~ JC Newman
